About the Property
We are a small family owned company based in Blanchard, Oklahoma. Our locally owned and operated team is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance across the property
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Conduct light construction tasks including drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Maintain organized inventory of tools, supplies, and maintenance records
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and emergencies
- Collaborate with property management to ensure high standards of upkeep
- Occasionally assist with maintenance needs at nearby properties
Required Skills & Traits
- Proven experience in property maintenance
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and light construction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
