What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist (Polish Speaking) position at B&M Auto Collision Center?
B&M Auto is looking for a fluent Polish and English speaker to join our team as a front desk representative. This individual is expected to provide excellent customer service to in person customers, phone calls, and insurance companies.
Duties of this position entail:
- Incoming/Outgoing calls
- Filling
- Reporting claims
- Processing payments
- Email correspondence
The applicant must be fluent in spoken Polish. There maybe a proficiency test given at the interview. Once training is complete this individual will be expected to work two Saturdays from 8-1 in a month.'
