The Role
We need an experienced Hardscape Lead who can run a job — not just show up to one. If you can read a plan, set grades, manage a crew, and walk away from a finished patio or outdoor kitchen knowing you nailed it, you'll fit right in here.
This is a full-time install position with a mix of landscape and hardscape work. Hardscape is where you need to shine.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading hardscape installations: brick paver patios, walkways, fire pits, outdoor kitchens
- Setting grades, managing drainage, and overseeing base preparation
- Reading and executing landscape plans with minimal supervision
- Operating equipment safely (Bobcat, plate compactor, laser level)
- Leading a small crew and keeping projects on schedule
- General landscape work: planting, mulch, bed prep, cleanups, trimming
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of hands-on hardscape experience — paver installation required
- Ability to run a hardscape project start to finish, not just assist
- Experience with grading, drainage, and base prep
- Can read a landscape plan and execute it
- Valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors daily
- Strong work ethic, good attitude, team player who can lead when needed
