Position Overview: We are seeking an effective Warehouse Associate to assist the Warehouse Manager in various tasks, including receiving, stocking, and production support for our made in-house B&J Sporting Goods products. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence will contribute to our overall success.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage warehouse in line with company policies and vision.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
- Initiate, implement and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
- Maintain relevant health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with our data storage system.
- Monitor service quality and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in warehouse management.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
