The Slot Room IT technician is a mechanical technician that ensures optimal performance and functionality of all slot machines and related equipment, facilitating an uninterrupted gaming experience for the guests.
Essential duties include:
- Slot machine maintenance and repair.
- Logging, documentation, and compliance.
- Organize and communicate.
- Ongoing training.
