Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems accurately and efficiently.
- Perform comprehensive system inspections to identify safety, performance, and efficiency issues.
- Educate customers on findings and present clear, honest options for repair or replacement.
- Recommend value-added solutions such as indoor air quality products (humidifiers, UV lights, etc.) when appropriate.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and build trust with homeowners.
- Document all work performed, recommendations, and job details in ServiceTitan.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and follow company procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation and work extended hours as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum fur (4) years of residential HVAC service experience.
- EPA certification required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (pre-employment and random)
- Trade school certificate with 2 years experience OR 5 years of field experience as a residential service technician.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
- Ability to clearly communicate with customers and confidently present solutions in an ethical, customer-focused manner.
- Willingness to obtain NATE certification.
- Must have necessary hand tools, gauges, and meters (Freon recovery equipment provided)
