Job Summary
As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll handle everything from check-ins and check-outs to answering phone calls, managing reservations, and ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay. If you enjoy interacting with people, solving problems on the fly, and bringing a positive attitude to work every day, you’ll fit right in. Key Responsibilities Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly, handle check-ins/check-outs efficiently, and provide information about hotel amenities and local spots.
Reservation Management
Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and manage bookings accurately using our property management system. Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing with accuracy and confidentiality. Problem Solving: Address guest requests, questions, or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction. Lobby Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area. Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and up to standard for arriving guests.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude!
Skills
Basic computer proficiency, strong communication skills, and excellent multitasking abilities.
Attributes
Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a calm, friendly demeanor. Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as hotel needs require.
