Duties
- Inspect and evaluate vehicle damage to create accurate, thorough repair estimates
- Deliver a high level of customer service by building trust and maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the repair process
- Educate customers on repair procedures, timelines, insurance processes, and expectations
- Proactively provide updates and ensure customers feel informed and confident every step of the way
- Write estimates using CCCOne (primary)
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to secure approvals and supplements efficiently
- Work closely with technicians and parts staff to ensure proper repair planning and execution
- Order and manage parts as needed for repairs
- Identify and capture all necessary operations to ensure complete and profitable estimates
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions
- Maintain detailed documentation of all estimates, supplements, and customer interactions
- Perform in a fast-paced, high-production environment without sacrificing quality or service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of collision estimating experience (REQUIRED)
- Minimum 2 years of CCCOne experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex repairs in a clear, professional manner
- Ability to manage multiple customers and jobs while maintaining a positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work closely with office staff, technicians, and parts personnel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Mechanical or hands-on automotive background is a plus
- Sales-minded with the ability to identify opportunities while maintaining integrity
