What You Will Be Doing
MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO OBTAIN THIS ROLE
- Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of
- Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales
- Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks
- Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns
- Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising
- Complete price adjustments and markdown processes
- Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
- Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager
- Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education
- Excellent organization, verbal and written skills
- Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications
