Retail Manager

Job Description:

böhme is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Lead to join our leadership team. As a Sales Lead, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to uphold the brand’s commitment to excellence in customer service, merchandise presentation, store operations, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute all opening and closing store procedures, including making cash deposits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and backroom.
• Deliver Gold Star customer service and drive team success through sales leadership.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Handle all point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently, including returns and exchanges.
• Support inventory receiving, processing, merchandising, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Perform markdowns, pricing adjustments, and uphold store visual standards.
• Address and report customer or employee concerns to the Store Manager.
• Engage in ongoing leadership training and team development.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in retail or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and retail applications.
• Passion for fashion, people, and creating exceptional in-store experiences.
