This is a full-time, on-site Co Manager role located in Meridian, ID. The Co Manager will assist in overseeing the store’s daily operations, including driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in executing visual merchandising, organizing inventory, monitoring store performance, and fostering a positive work environment. The Co Manager will also play a key role in team training, goal-setting, and maintaining operational efficiency to meet and exceed company standards.
