This is where you'll excel
- Supporting processes and applications (focus in SAP) in North America.
- Supporting implementation and training for SAP modules and related applications.
- Supporting rollouts of SAP in North America as part of the international SAP Team.
- Developing relationships and works closely with relevant stakeholders both business and IT to evaluate and interpret business requirements.
- Represent/lead discussions related to process and application.
- Participates in testing of new functionality as well as regression testing for new rollouts and new functionality.
- Coordinates and conducts implementation tasks.
- Support super users with daily problems, also across different departments.
- Close collaboration with regional process mangers.
- Regional process and data flow improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience.
- Very good knowledge of SAP (SD, FI, CO)
- Project Lead experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High motivation and high-quality standards.
- Project Management expertise is a plus.
- Strong knowledge in integrated processes.
- Has an understanding of how to proceed systematically/ methodically.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is considered an advantage.
