B & H Pattern, Inc. is seeking motivated, full-time CNC Lathe Operator to join our growing team. We specialize in high-precision pattern, core box, and permanent mold work for the foundry industry and are looking for team players ready to grow with us!

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. This role offers ownership of the lathe area, allowing you to program, set up, and run CNC turning centers with a high level of independence and pride in craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes using technical drawings and CAD files.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot programming or setup issues to ensure accurate output.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines.
- Manage workflow to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency.
- Select appropriate tooling for a variety of materials including steel, iron, aluminum, and plastics.
- Order raw materials as needed.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of CNC programming and lathe setup experience (Turning centers preferred).
- Experience with Mazak and/or Fanuc-controlled lathes. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and edit G & M code.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and machining materials.
- Own basic machinist hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Associate’s degree in machining or related field is a plus, but not required.
