Green Valley Marketplace located in Pasadena is searching for a Donut Specialist who specializes in making delicious doughnuts!!!
As a Donut Specialist, you will help support the making of the highest quality doughnuts, clean workstations, and equipment, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed. This specialist will prepare, cut, fry, and decorate doughnuts.
To be a successful Donut Specialist, you should be efficient, friendly, focused on food quality, and customer satisfaction, be decisive, attentive, and have a strong understanding of baking techniques.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fry and finish raised doughnuts and assist in production planning to meet daily requirements.
- Ensures proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes, following prescribed production standards and use of proper equipment.
- Be a self-starter who can work independently and be a problem solver.
- Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within the work area.
- Meet daily product levels as determined by management.
- Finish all products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote a team environment through mutual respect of coworkers.
- Hold themselves and team accountable for responsibilities on their shift.
Requirements:
- No baking experience needed. We will train.
- Able to physically work 8 hours while on your feet.
- Perform basic mathematics
- Attention to detail
- Standing and moving a majority of the shift
- Be able to safely lift 5 to 50 lbs.
Job Types: Full-time (32 hours a week-schedule can fluctuate depending on schedule)
Pay: Up to $15 hour with experience
Schedule:
6:00 PM - 2:00 AM - 8 hour shift
