We specialize in service, maintenance, and retrofit projects for office buildings, manufacturing plants, schools, and healthcare facilities. We’re looking for a Licensed HVAC Service Technician with strong commercial experience to join our growing service department.
Responsibilities:
· Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, VAV systems, chillers, boilers, split systems, and controls.
· Perform preventive maintenance, seasonal startups/shutdowns, and system troubleshooting.
· Accurately document service work using company software.
· Communicate clearly with dispatch, coordinators, and customers.
· Follow company safety policies and state code requirements.
· Participate in rotating on-call schedule as needed.
Qualifications:
· Valid Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License required.
· Minimum 5 years commercial HVAC service experience (industrial experience a plus).
· Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
· EPA Universal Certification.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
· Self-motivated with excellent time management and customer service skills.
