Overview

Immediate opening for Customer Service Associate who is responsible for contributing to a positive atmosphere for customers and fellow employees. They will conduct fast paced sales transactions and also includes cash handling, cleaning, and stocking of inventory. $12 to $15 an hour based on experience to start with routine raises. If you have convenient store experience that's a plus. Paid time off, 401K match, Paid Weekly. Know the people you work for, locally owned business for 30 years. Must be at least 21 yrs of age, have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs
- Assist customers in locating products within the store
- Provide information about products and promotions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are well-displayed
- Conduct product demonstrations when required
- Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and drive sales

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Ability to sell products and upsell when appropriate
- Familiarity with convenience and liquor store sales is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

• Convenience Store: 1 year (Preferred)
• Liquor sales: 1 year (Preferred)
