Responsibilities: Determine work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel. Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance. Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees in correcting job-skill deficiencies. Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs. Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules. Inspect, test, and measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools and gauges to verify conformance to standards and repair requirements. Control downtime by informing employees of routine preventive maintenance techniques. Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level. Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations & GMPs Experience, Skills, Education: High School Diploma/GED Required. Minimum of 5 Years Work Related Experience in the Maintenance Field Required. Experience in a Leadership Role is Preferred. Excellent Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Planning Skills. Certified in Lockout/Tagout Procedures. Reading/Comprehension Abilities. Aptitude to Work in a Team Environment or Individually. Excellent interpersonal and Communication Skills. Proficient in Troubleshooting, Design, and Optimization of All Maintenance Systems. Compensation: Base Pay Range: $27.01 - $45.01 Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
