Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that various inspections and checks are accomplished in the day-to-day operations of production to ensure the quality of the product meets company standards and customer requirements.
- Contribute information and analysis to the Line Technician Lead and QA Manager.
- Identify and resolve problems.
- Completes audits.
- Determine process improvements.
- Conduct hazard analyses and identify critical control points with preventive measures.
- Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Conduct package quality inspections and quality audits and isolate products that do not meet standards.
- Adheres to all GMP & Safety Procedures
- Quality Assurance Experience Preferred.
- Effective Communication Skills.
- Demonstrated Organizational Skills.
- Good Math Skills.
- Reading/Comprehension Abilities.
- Demonstrated Leadership Capabilities.
- Ability to Work Independently.
- Ability to Identify Problems and Respond Accordingly.
