Role Description
B & G Equipment, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Representative for a full-time, remote role in southwest Mississippi. The Sales Representative will identify and cultivate business opportunities, maintain relationships with current clients, and provide equipment solutions tailored to customer needs. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, preparing proposals, and staying updated on market trends in the construction equipment industry. Applicant must be aggressive and self motivated with excellent time management skills and strong communication skills. Sales occasionally requires dedication both after hours and on weekends. Qualifications
- Experience in sales, relationship-building, or customer service
- Knowledge of the construction equipment industry is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while managing time and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record and willingness to travel, as needed
- Candidate must live within sales territory
