About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant to support day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks. This role combines accounting responsibilities with personal and executive support duties, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Tasks:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare and track invoices, receipts, and expense reports
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation
- Coordinate with accountants and vendors as needed
Administrative & Personal Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence and communications professionally
- Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems
- Assist with project management and task tracking
- Run occasional personal errands and coordinate household or business logistics
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and general accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Discretion with sensitive information and financial data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Preferred:
- Experience in both personal and business support roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools
