About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant to support day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks. This role combines accounting responsibilities with personal and executive support duties, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping & Financial Tasks:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare and track invoices, receipts, and expense reports
  • Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation
  • Coordinate with accountants and vendors as needed

Administrative & Personal Support:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence and communications professionally
  • Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems
  • Assist with project management and task tracking
  • Run occasional personal errands and coordinate household or business logistics

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and general accounting principles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Discretion with sensitive information and financial data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Preferred:

  • Experience in both personal and business support roles
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools
