Duties
- Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed promptly.
- Type detailed notes during calls to document customer interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
- Provide support in multiple languages as needed, assisting both English-speaking and bilingual/multilingual clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office software and call center technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions based on client needs.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding client services.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.
