CNC Programmer/Set up/OperatorWe are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Machinist Set-up and programmer.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram (G-code) and operate CNC mills and/or lathesSet up machines, including fixturing, tooling selection, and offset adjustments to run production jobs efficientlyRead and interpret complex engineering blueprints and specificationsPerform quality inspections on parts using precision measuring tools (e.g. micrometers, calipers, gauges)Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, ensuring optimal machine performanceRequired Experience and QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a CNC Machinist, focusing heavily on both set-up and programming Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g. Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM) is requiredExpert-level knowledge of G-code and M-code programmingExperience working with a variety of materials (e.g. aluminum, steel, stainless steel)Ability to work independently Medical and Life Insurance paid 100% by company for employeeVacation, Sick time, Holidays
