POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our Chief Growth Officer. This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing ideas to life — turning vision into execution through strong follow-through, structured processes, and attention to detail. You’ll help manage CRM systems, create and coordinate marketing campaigns and events, oversee project management tasks to keep initiatives on track, and support the sales team and business development efforts. You’ll also assist the CGO with day-to-day priorities including managing emails, scheduling meetings, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring key tasks are completed, helping to keep communication and execution running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and takes pride in helping a leader stay focused, organized, and effective.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  1. Support the Chief Growth Officer in executing sales and marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.
  2. Manage and maintain CRM accuracy for the CGO, ensuring leads, deals, and contacts are tracked and updated.
  3. Coordinate deadlines and deliverables for the CGO with vendors, designers, and internal teams.
  4. Follow through on assigned sales & marketing event logistics: invitations, collateral, vendor coordination, post-event follow-up.
  5. Track campaign performance and compile reports for leadership as requested.
  6. Assist in managing marketing projects from planning to delivery, keeping tasks organized, deadlines met, and communication clear.
  7. Organize project timelines, assets, and content calendars.
  8. Coordinate social media scheduling, email campaigns, and content creation/updates.
  9. Document and refine processes to make team operations more efficient.
  10. Provide direct administrative and task support to the Chief Growth Officer, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, tracking follow-ups, and assisting with day-to-day priorities to ensure consistent communication and follow-through.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. 2–4 years of marketing coordination, project management, or administrative experience.
  3. Experience working in real estate, lending, or financial services a plus.
  4. Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, Office and Apple products, and marketing platforms.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing company


This position follows a hybrid work model, with in-office days required each week.

Specific scheduling will be determined based on team needs and the candidate’s availability.
