POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Investor Relations & Capital Raising Coordinator to own the execution of B.E. Lending’s capital raising engine. You will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining a consistent investor pipeline through disciplined outreach, CRM ownership, and systematic follow-up. This role is focused on execution; translating leadership direction into structured processes, consistent activity, and measurable progress across the investor pipeline. You will ensure that every relationship is actively managed and every opportunity is advanced with precision and follow-through.
This position is ideal for someone with relentless organization, strong ownership, and a bias toward action, ensuring nothing stalls, nothing gets lost, and momentum is maintained across all investor interactions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Investor Pipeline Ownership: Own and maintain the investor CRM with complete accuracy. Build and manage targeted lists of RIAs, wealth managers, and investors, ensuring no contact, lead, or relationship goes untracked or unattended.
2. Outreach & Follow-Up Execution: Execute consistent outbound communication (email campaigns, follow-ups, touchpoints). Maintain a structured follow-up cadence and systematically re-engage warm and inactive leads.
3. Meeting Generation: Schedule and coordinate investor calls for the CEO and COO. Ensure leadership calendars are consistently filled with qualified investor conversations and prepare relevant context and materials.
4. Investor Communication Support: Distribute investor updates, deal announcements, and reporting materials. Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
5. Pipeline Reporting & Optimization: Provide weekly reporting on outreach activity, pipeline health, and meeting volume. Identify gaps and recommend improvements to outreach and conversion efforts.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3 years in Executive Support, Sales Operations, or Investor Relations in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry experience preferred: real estate, private equity, alternative investments, or financial services.
• Strong CRM expertise with a proven track record managing pipelines and outreach campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited for high-net-worth and institutional audiences.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership, initiative, and discretion.
