Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Fabricators/Welders to join our team. Seeking dependable employees that want advancement, have great communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in this position.
Responsibilities
Reading blueprints and fabrication of attachments for construction equipment. Understanding of production requirements, production scheduling, and reporting. Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
Job Requirements
Prefer 2 solid years of prior Fluxcore Metal Welding experience however we are willing to try energetic driven candidates. Must be able to read and interpret complex blueprints. Must be able to pass a company weld test. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Will be working in a fast paced environment with high production yields. Must be able to work 100% on the floor and have the ability to push, pull, or lift product with forklift or overhead crane. Must be able to regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time, and use hands to feel or handle all types of materials. Must be able to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl regularly, and sit, climb, or balance occasionally. Employee must be able to regularly lift up to 70 pounds. Occasionally exposed to vibration and noise levels are usually high and ear plugs are required.
