Site Coordinator

Position Summary
The Site Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily field operations and serving as the primary communication link between homeowners and the company throughout project execution. This role ensures homeowners are informed of ongoing work, addresses questions and concerns, distributes company business cards and contact information, and helps maintain positive customer relations. The Site Coordinator is also responsible for documenting daily project progress, tracking completed work, coordinating with field crews and management, and ensuring project activities are communicated accurately and efficiently.
The position requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills while supporting safe, productive, and successful project completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily construction activities and monitor project progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, field personnel, and project stakeholders.
- Distribute company business cards and contact information to homeowners affected by project activities.
- Address homeowner questions and concerns and communicate issues to the appropriate company personnel.
- Maintain daily reports, project logs, and site documentation.
- Record and track daily work completed, including production progress and project milestones.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year of continuous employment history.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and professionally with homeowners, field personnel, and management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
