Job Overview
We are seeking anyone interested in concrete construction (foundations), from those with no experience to those that have worked in our field for years. The ideal candidate would be reliable, have a strong work ethic, show attention to detail, and be willing to work with others on various construction projects. This role involves working with concrete and other materials to help build structures, ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks related to concrete footer and foundation wall forming, including: setting up wooden/aluminum forms, setting and tying rebar, bracing, pouring, and stripping equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Experience:
Not required, but valued if applicable:
- Blueprint reading for accurate project execution.
- Ability to build according to specifications outlined in schematics.
- Concrete footer & wall forming and stripping.
- Rebar cutting, setting, and tying according to specifications.
- Forklift operation.
- Operation of a CMV (Commercial Motor Vehicle).
