Parts Clerk – Collision Center
Pay: $16–$19 per hour (Based on Experience)

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Parts Clerk to support our busy Collision Center. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a team committed to delivering quality repairs and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and mirror-match incoming parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Stage and organize parts for technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently.
- Process parts returns, core returns, and vendor credits.
- Maintain an organized parts inventory and storage area.
- Assist estimators and the Parts Manager with parts tracking and repair order support.
- Label, document, and distribute parts to the appropriate repair orders.
- Communicate with vendors and team members regarding parts availability and order status.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive, collision, or dealership parts experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and inventory management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong teamwork skills.
