Cleaning Technician – Independent Contractor (1099)
B&D Cleaning LLC – Metro Detroit Area
B&D Cleaning LLC is looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent cleaning contractors to join our growing team.
This is a 1099 contractor position for experienced cleaners who take pride in their work and can work independently.
Responsibilities
- Residential cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, and detailed cleaning tasks
- Following cleaning checklists and company standards
- Taking before and after photos when required
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with texting capability
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must be dependable and show up on time
