Role Description The Food Server role at B&D Burgers is a full-time, on-site position based at our Pooler, GA location. Food Servers greet guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and deliver meals accurately and efficiently to tables and patio areas. They provide attentive, friendly service, answer questions about menu items, and ensure guests have everything they need throughout their visit. Daily responsibilities include maintaining clean and organized dining areas, assisting with table setup and reset, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, and handling payments using the restaurant’s point-of-sale system. Food Servers follow food safety and hygiene standards, support team members during busy periods, and contribute to a welcoming, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
