About The Role

The Warehouse / Parts Runner plays an important role in keeping our HVAC and plumbing teams running smoothly. This person will manage inventory, organize the warehouse, and deliver parts, tools, and equipment to technicians in the field. If you enjoy staying busy, being organized, and helping support the team, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming HVAC and plumbing equipment and parts
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Pull and stage materials for scheduled jobs
• Deliver parts, tools, and equipment to technicians at job sites
• Pick up parts and supplies from vendors as needed
• Safely load and unload trucks
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits
• Properly handle and store HVAC and plumbing materials, tools, and equipment
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
  
  

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to regularly lift 50–75 pounds
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing parts is preferred, but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus
  
  

Work Environment

• Combination of warehouse work and driving to job sites
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
• Active role requiring lifting, bending, standing, and moving throughout the day
  
  

Schedule

• M-Friday with occasional weekend work
  
  

Pay Range

• $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience
