Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients according to recipes.
- Cook menu items in accordance with established standards and ensure quality control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle food safely following all health and safety guidelines.
- Support the front-of-house staff by bussing tables and assisting with customer service as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Follow all food handling procedures to maintain a safe dining environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food service operations and kitchen equipment is a plus.
