Responsibilities
- Perform groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, mulching, and weeding.
- Help with the installation of new landscape features and irrigation systems.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project needs.
- Support leadership in training new crew members on best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
