Position Summary:

The Customer Support Representative manages phone calls and emails while supporting an assigned territory. This role serves both internal and external customers and is responsible for order entry, order tracking, and territory management.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties
  • Enters orders placed by customers, answer/research customer inquiries, track orders through SAP, communicate problems/information between sales representatives, manufacturing personnel and customer. Extremely important as the majority of our products are made to order and are not stocked in finished goods inventory.
  • Generates deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse on shipments as large orders need to be palletized and planned accordingly.
  • Interacts with external and internal customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
  • Manages the more complex territories.
  • May solicit sale of new products.

  • Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Expertise: Qualifications - Experience/Training/Education/Etc

Required:
  • High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required, Associate's or technical degree preferred.
  • 02-04 years related experience required.
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Salary Range: $47,300 -$51,000
