Position Overview
We are hiring motivated individuals to generate leads and close residential sales through door-to-door canvassing.
This is not an entry-level “try it out” role, we are looking for people who:
- Are comfortable talking to homeowners
- Can handle rejection
- Know how to convert conversations into booked jobs
Pay & Schedule
- $30/hour base pay
- Additional commission opportunities
- Part-time or full-time available
- Flexible scheduling within assigned areas
What You’ll Be Doing
- Canvassing neighborhoods (door-to-door)
- Speaking directly with homeowners
- Generating and closing leads for services
- Setting in-person estimates and appointments
- Representing the brand professionally
