Job description
FULL-TIME Delivery Driver positions are available in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area with B&B Transport Inc., a FedEx Ground contractor. We are looking for self-motivated, safe, drivers who will provide outstanding service to our customers.
DUTIES OF DELIVERY DRIVER
- Deliver and pick up all packages daily within the prescribed time windows.
- Conduct Pre/Post trip van inspections daily.
- Operate delivery van safely, securely and competently.
- Learn the route(s) and customer needs serviced by our company.
- Report to station prepared to examine and organize daily load before departure.
- Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weight w/o damage to the package or injury to oneself or others.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 21 years of age
- 1 Year(s) of verifiable professional driving experience (CDL not required)
- Clean driving record in the last three years
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in all-weather condition
