## Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and a strong background in various sports disciplines such as basketball, flag football, soccer, cross country and track & field.
## Responsibilities
- Teach and coach students in a variety of sports including basketball, flag football, soccer, cross country and track & field
- Develop training programs to enhance students' skills and performance
- Educate students on sports techniques, rules, and strategies
- Provide guidance on physical fitness and conditioning
- Manage and supervise sports activities in a safe and engaging manner
- Assist in behavior management and fostering a positive learning environment
## Qualifications
- Previous experience working with students in a coaching or educational setting
- Proficiency in a range of sports disciplines including basketball, flag football, soccer, cross country and track & field
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire students
- Certification in childcare or relevant field is a plus
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques is preferred
