Job Summary
Performs all automotive tire repairs, changes, balancing, rotations and TPMS procedures & oil changes.
Responsibilities:
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic vehicle maintenance services.
• Inspect and replace tires, including mounting, balancing, and repairs.
• Check and top off fluids, including transmission, coolant, and brake fluids.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to senior technicians.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Complies with Company Quality Control Program, Company Safety Policy, OSHA and EPA regulations
Requirements:
• Experience in automotive maintenance or willingness to learn.
-At least 1 year at another tire shop
-At least 1 year at another tire shop
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle components and tools (preferred but not required).
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
