Job Overview: As a Frontliner, you will be the face of B&B Theatres, primarily working behind our concession stands and in the box office. You'll interact directly with guests, ensuring each visit is fun, friendly, and magical from start to finish. This dynamic role requires availability during evenings, weekends, and occasionally holidays.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, making them feel welcome.
• Maintain a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Respond promptly and courteously to all guest requests and inquiries.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing professional and helpful support.
• Stay current on new movie releases and upcoming film schedules.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively as a team with fellow colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Sales & Transactions:

• Operate registers to manage guest transactions for ticket sales and voucher redemptions.
• Effectively sell a variety of concession items to guests.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all theatre offerings, including pricing.

Cleaning & Sanitation:

• Obtain a Health Department “Food Handler’s Permit” within 30 days of hire, if required by state or local law.
• Prepare and handle food in strict accordance with company policy and local health regulations.
• Maintain clean and tidy workstation, concession, and box office areas at all times.
• Ensure cleanliness of auditoriums, restrooms, and other theatre areas as directed by management, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Complete any other duties as delegated or directed by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years of age at the time of hire.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Possesses a consistently positive attitude.
• Exhibits good communication and time management skills.

Have bartender or cooking experience? We are also seeking candidates for these roles! Pay starts at $10/hour plus tips for bar, and $17/hour for cooks.
