Hours: This position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Wage: $11/hour plus tips
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to standardized recipes and accommodating guest preferences.
- Engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, expertly taking beverage orders and offering insightful recommendations.
- Responsibly verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality in all beverage preparations.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring correct charges and providing accurate change.
- Take pride in maintaining a spotless and well-organized bar area, including diligent trash removal, table cleaning, and thorough washing of glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and presentation of the entire bar environment, encompassing counters, floors, liquor wells, bottles, equipment, and ice wells.
- Proactively undertake any other duties as assigned by your supervisor to support the smooth operation of the bar.
