The Account Leader – Interacts with new b2b customers driving new business opportunities to address inquiries, provide quotes, confirm orders, and satisfactorily resolve concerns to ensure excellent service is delivered. Builds strong client relationships to grow existing business, as needed and acquire new accounts. Collaborates with various departments to ensure client and customer needs are satisfactorily fulfilled.
Duties/Responsibilities:· Builds strong client relationships to grow current business and acquire new accounts.
· Interacts with customers via telephone, email, text, or in person to provide support, information, quotes, and confirm orders on products and services related to event rentals.
· Collects and enters accurate information to provide quotes and confirm orders for new or additional products or services.
· Fields client and customer questions and concerns and collaborates with internal departments to provide excellent service.
· Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve concerns of clients and customers.
· Maintains client and customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, quotes, orders, concerns, or comments.
· Enters credit card information on system to ensure proper billing and payment.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:· Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong ability to cold call and build business relationships.
· Excellent service orientation with ability to satisfactorily resolve client and customer issues.
· Professional, friendly, honest, reliable team player.
· Proficient typing and computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
· Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills while working under pressure in fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in business administration, marketing, or another similar field preferred.
· 5 years of customer service experience required.
· Account management experience in event rentals, entertainment, hospitality or event planning preferred.
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
