B&B Steakhouse and Meat Market is an upcoming new restaurant/market coming to Kaufman Tx. We are looking for a culture-driven leader who has a passion for excellence and the culinary arts! RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leadership presence in shift management on the floor
• Delivers excellent customer service and hospitality to all guests
• Develops staff with training and coaching
• Deliver the highest quality of food and beverage service
• Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
• P&L management
• Inventory control and COGs
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 5 years of GM experience preferably in a steakhouse.
• Culinary arts experience preferred
• Exceptional people skills
• A passion for promoting a positive culture
• Proven developer of people
• Established longevity in prior roles
• Professional image & demeanor
• Holds peers and staff accountable to expected results
