- Conduct engaging, in-home consultations to educate homeowners on high-quality, energy-efficient exterior remodeling solutions.
- Leverage company-provided leads and a trusted brand name to close high-volume deals.
- Maintain and track personal KPIs to ensure consistent sales performance.
- Participate in weekly sales coaching and professional development sessions.
- Represent B&B’s reputation for honesty, excellence, and professionalism in every interaction.
