Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Roustabout Pusher to supervise field crews and oversee day-to-day oilfield roustabout operations. The Pusher is responsible for crew safety, job execution, equipment coordination, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead roustabout crews in daily field operations
- Coordinate jobs with customers, dispatch, and management
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies
- Conduct pre-job safety meetings and enforce safety procedures
- Oversee equipment use, maintenance, and inspections
- Manage crew time, job tickets, and daily reports
- Train and mentor roustabout personnel
- Troubleshoot field issues and adjust crews as needed
- Ensure proper PPE and safety compliance at all times
Requirements
- 3 years oilfield roustabout experience
- 1 year supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to work long hours and varying schedules
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Experience with:
- Tank batteries
- Flow lines
- Wellhead maintenance
- Valve replacement
- General oilfield construction
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
