Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Daytime Foreman to oversee commercial HVAC installations, projects, and field personnel. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coordinate crews, maintain productivity, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects running safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support HVAC team in the field.
- Coordinate daily job schedules, manpower, and material needs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure workmanship meets company standards and local code requirements.
- Conduct jobsite inspections and quality control checks.
- Communicate with project managers, customers, and vendors.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Maintain accurate job progress reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving field issues.
Qualifications
- 5 years of HVAC installation or service experience.
- 2 years of leadership or foreman experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and controls.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
