Growing and expanding Physical Therapy Clinic
We are seeking a friendly, caring, and motivated individual to join our Patient Care Team. This position is ideal for someone interested in pursuing a future in healthcare—whether you are currently in college, preparing to apply, or simply exploring the medical field.
Schedule: Part-time (approximately 18 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner
- Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments using our medical scheduling system
- Answer and manage multi-line phone calls while providing helpful and timely assistance
- Collect, verify, and update patient information, including insurance and intake details
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits; collect copayments when applicable
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to support efficient clinic flow
- Room patients in treatment areas; assist with cleaning treatment rooms and treatment areas
- Prioritize tasks effectively and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Experience:
