Responsibilities:
Now Hiring: Physical Therapy Aide / Medical Assistant / Front Reception Desk
(Cross-trained in all positions — you do not need to be an MA to apply)
Growing and expanding Physical Therapy Clinic
We are seeking a friendly, caring, and motivated individual to join our Patient Care Team. This position is ideal for someone interested in pursuing a future in healthcare—whether you are currently in college, preparing to apply, or simply exploring the medical field.
Pay $19-$24 depending on experience
Schedule: Part-time (approximately 20-24 hours per week) see below- mainly, there will be at times some changes, flexibility is a plus.
Monday 7am-1:45pm, , Wednesday 7am-1:45, Thursday 1pm-5pm and Friday 7am-1:45
(No Saturdays or Sundays or holidays )
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner
- Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments using our medical scheduling system
- Answer and manage multi-line phone calls while providing helpful and timely assistance
- Collect, verify, and update patient information, including insurance and intake details
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits; collect copayments when applicable
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to support efficient clinic flow
- Room patients in treatment areas; assist with cleaning treatment rooms and treatment areas
- Prioritize tasks effectively and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures a plus
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computers and other office equipment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
