Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently on various surfaces such as concrete, metal, and wood to remove dirt, grime, mold, and other residues
- Prepare work sites by setting up ladders other access equipment as needed for high or hard-to-reach areas
- Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of equipment and materials to ensure thorough cleaning results
- Perform cleaning of gutter and downspouts
- Follow all safety protocols related to ladder use, chemical handling, and outdoor work conditions to prevent accidents or injuries
Experience
- Hands-on experience operating pressure washers or similar equipment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of outdoor work conditions and safety procedures for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
- Experience working at heights using ladders
- Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining attention to detail
