About the Role:

As a Server in the accommodation and food services industry, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your primary objective is to provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service by taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit. You will act as a liaison between the kitchen and the guests, communicating special requests and dietary needs clearly to ensure quality and timely delivery. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized dining environment, handle payments, and address any guest concerns with professionalism and care. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic math skills to handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as a server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items and ingredients.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Handle guest payments, process transactions accurately, and provide correct change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and resolve any issues quickly.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment.
