Now Hiring: Hotel Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and service-focused Maintenance Technician to join our hotel’s Engineering team. This role is essential to ensuring the property operates at the highest level of safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in maintaining hotel facilities or similar commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring efficient and high-quality resolutions

• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and general building operations

• Maintain pools, equipment rooms, and mechanical systems as needed

• Complete work orders accurately and timely while following all safety and compliance standards

• Monitor and maintain tools, supplies, and inventory

• Collaborate with the Engineering and Housekeeping teams to ensure the property remains in excellent condition

• Uphold all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel maintenance, property maintenance, or a related technical field required

• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed

• Availability to work weekends, evenings, or on-call shifts as required
